The course covers the basics of information technology quite extensively. A very large amount of information is presented in short and clear videos. By cons I can include only some “water” videos that are not related to the profession, but they help to be motivated and move on. I really liked the approach to practical work.

I greatly enjoyed every section of this course. It touched on all the basics of the IT support role. Even though most was common knowledge for me, going over each piece makes it more easier to dive into the next courses under this specialization. I am ready for the next course in the IT Support Professional Certificate.

Mirrors IT Fundamentals & portions of CompTIA A+. Videos are satisfyingly short & explanations are concise enough. One should be able to breeze past this course seamlessly before the due date with a minimum amount of time, especially, in this era of the technically incline. Otherwise, the pace of this course is comfortable.

Loved the course, very user friendly and easy to learn. I like the analogies and the videos. I really loved everything about it. The fact that I can get college credit for these courses, the fact that you can easily move through the courses, can you really afford NOT to do this?! I'm stoked to start my next certifications!

I really enjoyed this course. I learned a lot. It was really straight forward. The pop up quizzes during some videos were great, it made sure to keep me engaged. It's great that you can revisit videos and quizzes to refresh your memory if you feel the need to refresh your memory. I have recommended this course my friends.

They start off by explaining the definition of a computer and by the end of it, you will know how to build one. It's both broad and detailed enough to cover a solid foundation in computers. Your IT friends will longer think you're uneducated. It moves quickly but you don't feel rushed. The information is clearly presented.

i'm ready to move to next lesson....stop with this verification crap...i do not trust sending my DL or passport to websites.

Besides, your app does not allow my phone to take pic of passport, or DL or anything else. It tells me to allow access to phone. I do not know how nor to I want to give my personal information to you

This course was easy to follow and stay on track. It was clear and good interaction in each session. The quizzes were a good test to let know and encourage me to keep learning. I this was also a good refresh of knowledge since I worked in IT before. I am glad to be taking courses like this one because I always learn more.

This course has basically helped me theoretically. i know for sure that the application of the knowledge from this course will help improve my knowledge of I.T support skills i had previously . The learning curve has been so refreshing and has helped rekindle my curiosity like fire shut up in my bones for more I.T courses

I really enjoyed the Hardware and the putting it all together part. I learned a lot about IT in this course. I cannot wait to prepare my A+ Certification and begin my new journey in the IT world. I am very interested in becoming a developer and Cyber Security. I strongly believe this certificate will help me a great deal.

The technical Support Fundamentals provided by Google is definitely a good initiative to help those (including me) without a formal Degree education to further their study. I learn a lot from the entire course and i hope whoever sign up for this course, don't give up and keep pushing yourself forward to pursue your dream!

I recommend taking this course to get the basic knowledge that you will need on your journey to becoming an IT professional. The information is explained very well and reinforced with test quizzes and virtual training. If you take good notes and study you will be well on your way and you can also refer back to the videos.

This program is well structured and makes learning easy. I find the information provided in the course helpful because it challenges you to think critically and apply knowledge based on information learned. This is a great foundation for people trying to get into Information Technology from a different career background.

This was a nice introduction into the world of IT support, although this was more of a refresher for the topics I learned in my computer science classes in high school. This course definitely reignited that passion that I once had in high school for technology and I can't wait to pursue further training in this industry.

I am really happy that I attend this course and gather useful knowledge about Computer hardware, networking, software etc. I really like this course as well as the instructors where they are trying to show us the real scenario about the real problem and tp solve this problem or what are the other solution we can take it.

I really enjoyed the history, tech jargon, virtual machines, and people's experiences in the technology industry. One recommendation I would suggest is that the course quizzes have more critical thinking and matching questions. This would challenge interested users and reinforce learning of the course content. It was a fun course filled with useful information. I got to know the principles of networks and the principles of customer service. It was great. Also, preparing for the interviews was really helpful.

Also there was the hardware section, how to assemble the computer, and of course the Windows and Linux operating systems

Great course and would highly recommend it to not just people interested in a career in IT but also those who might work with computers and want to become more familiar with the inner workings of a computer. The quizzes are not too difficult and the videos are clear and concise, plus the applications are quite practical.
